Per-Store Investment Model

Own a piece of the bao.

BaoBoss is structured for retail investors. Each outlet is a self-contained unit. Pick the lot, we run the kitchen, profit splits monthly. 12–24 months to break even, then long-term yield.

Goal: full principal returned ~12-24 months

Stage 2: Long-term Dividend (after break-even)

Brand & Operations Levy

A flat 20% of monthly revenue goes to brand support, central-kitchen supply chain, and shared systems. This is a cost line — ringfenced and audited.

Plus 10–20% of monthly net profit rolls into the Development Fund (new stores, brand upgrades). Specially tracked.

Investment Highlights

Why this works

  • Replicable model. Central kitchen + frozen cold-chain = consistent product across every outlet.
  • App-locked customer base. Prepaid wallets & QR referrals turn diners into recurring revenue.
  • Halal moat. JAKIM-certified concept in a market dominated by non-halal players.
  • Per-store P&L. Your money is tied to a specific outlet — not a fund.
  • End-game options. Regional franchise rollout, IPO, or strategic acquisition.
Investor Protections

Terms that match the risk

  • Lock-in: 12–24 months. Then exit through company buyback at trailing 6-month average profit valuation.
  • Investors don't run the kitchen. Operational decisions stay with management — but you have full financial visibility.
  • Expansion vote. New stores require ≥70% investor approval.
  • No fixed return. Real-store F&B investment; principal and yield not guaranteed.
